SPECIAL EDUCATION: Ensuring special education students have robust learning environments and a culture of inclusion that spans ALL students, teachers and staff no matter what school they attend. 

EARLY IDENTIFICATION AND INTERVENTION: Embracing the power of early identification and intervention because when delays are identified early, interventions are less expensive, more effective and yield greater long-term outcomes.

BUDGET EQUITY: Addressing the future budget shortfall while safeguarding programs and staffing dedicated to students who are at the greatest risk of learning gaps and regression (special education, English language learners and our at-risk youth).
